The Zion and Sarah Ruth Endowment Funds
Providing Financial Resources for Ongoing Care
The Zion Endowment Fund was established to assist Glencroft residents who have depleted their personal financial resources. Interest earnings from this endowment fund flow into the Glencroft Benevolent Fund.

This fund helps to provide financial assistance to Glencroft residents. Help is provided in two ways: (1) one-time assistance to purchase equipment, supplies, or services; (2) ongoing assistance for monthly expenses such as food or prescriptions.

Donations to grow this fund come from memorials and honorariums, bequests, special events, and individual donors. Donations may also be made directly to the Glencroft Benevolent Fund.

The Sarah Ruth Endowment Fund was established to help fund special projects, programs, and services at Glencroft.

This fund helps to pay for building construction, facility renovations and repairs, special equipment, and programs. Examples of how monies have been used include renovation of the nursing home’s dementia unit, upgrades to the assisted living facility, and the purchase of special bathing tubs for several nursing home units.

Donations to grow this fund come primarily from memorials and honorariums, planned gifts, special events, and individual donors.
