Our 225-bed Medicare Certified health center is located on the 40-acre campus.

We offer various levels of care based on the needs of the resident:

• Joshua Tree - serving individuals with mild to moderate dementia in a secure setting
• Purple Sage - award winning program providing innovative care to individuals with end-stage dementia
• Weekly Alzheimer's Support Group facilitated by Clinical Director, Dr. Gary Martin, Alzheimer's Association Educator of the Year
• Monthly care giver support group
• Hospice care available
• Restorative Nursing
• Contracted with ALTCS and many HMO insurance plans
• Daily Activities Program that includes pet therapy, computer for resident use, and social events
• On-site Chaplaincy Services and Visits
