Glencroft's Towers apartments offer living accommodations with government subsidized rent for those who meet the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) eligibility.
The Towers has Independent Living studio, one, and two bedroom apartments. Several are designed for mobility handicapped residents. Our apartments are equipped with central TV hookup, individually controlled thermostats, emergency call systems, all electric appliances, smoke detectors, garbage disposals, window coverings, and carpeting throughout. In addition, the Towers offers an Assisted Living program for those subsidized residents requiring more assistance. (Please click on the Assisted Living tab for a description of services.)
You must be at least 62 years old and must meet "very low income" standards as set by HUD. This will be verified when you provide information regarding your assets such as real estate, bank accounts, certificates, annuities or investments, and verify all regular income and medical expenses.
All utilities, except telephone, are included in your monthly rent. There is a mandatory noon meal program which is an additional fee.
