Over the years, quilt auction attendees have found one thing they especially enjoy – Emil Yoder’s cinnamon rolls! A Glencroft resident and volunteer since 2002, Emil makes all his rolls from scratch, then bakes dozens to sell at the auction bake sale – more than 1,000 at the 2011 sale! He and his wife, Minerva, have been selfless volunteers at many Glencroft functions and his dedicated service has not gone unnoticed. Emil was named the recipient of the 2010 Bonnie Wilcox Volunteer of the Year Award.
