Glencroft Hiring at Upcoming Job Fair
Caregivers, maintenance and support staff to be added at Glencroft’s Glendale campus
Glendale, Ariz. — (April 14, 2021) — Glencroft Center for Modern Aging, the largest senior living campus in Arizona located in Glendale, is looking to immediately fill positions at an onsite job fair Thursday, April 22.
Glencroft is adding nearly 50 full-time positions ranging from caregivers, nurses, security officers, maintenance/landscaping, administrative and dining services employees for its operations. With nearly 900 residents and 500 staff, Glencroft is emerging from the pandemic with growth and a healthy outlook for 2021.
“We’re excited to be growing and adding to our incredible employee base,” said Lori Draffkorn, Glencroft’s human resources manager. “We will be making job offers on the spot hiring during our job fair with competitive wages and solid employee benefit packages.”
Glencroft benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, company-paid life insurance, employee assistance programs and paid time off. While the majority of Glencroft employees and residents have been fully vaccinated, to ensure the health and wellbeing for all on campus we will be offering immediate COVID-19 rapid testing for new hires, Draffkorn added.
The April 22 job fair is open 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the Auditorium at the Glencroft campus, 8611 N. 67th Ave., Glendale, 85302. Job candidates should bring their resume, identification and any supporting documentation for interviews.
Wearing a mask is mandatory at the job fair and there will be plenty of hand sanitizer available for those attending. For the safety of Glencroft residents and staff, candidates exhibiting any signs of illness just before or on that day are asked to submit a resume indicating position of interest via email to email@example.com.
