Glencroft’s Providence Place long-term care services are based on resident preferences, needs, and abilities. Long-term care residents require complete care for medication, feeding, and ambulation. Providence Place is a secure, pleasant and permanent home for people with complicated clinical needs. Residents enjoy an enriched, supportive environment through discovery and creativity with the guidance and encouragement of a well-trained and caring staff.

Residents who have suffered from conditions such as a stroke, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or congestive heart failure (CHF) find excellent care at our Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility, approved for Arizona Long-Term Care System (ALTCS) residents.
