Thank you for your interest in the Glencroft Center for Modern Aging. To ensure the safety and privacy of residents, all external news media are asked to contact the main office at (623) 939-9474 during normal business hours (9 a.m. – 4 p.m., M-F) at least two hours prior to visiting.
For after-hours requests in support of a tight deadline, please contact our manager on duty at (623) 931-4604. If you receive a voicemail, leave us your contact information, news outlet, story topic and deadline. A manager on duty will relay your request to a spokesperson for follow-up. Every attempt will be made to respond within your deadline if we are able to do so.
For Glencroft campus access, representatives of the news media are required to be accompanied by a member of Glencroft staff. Once your visit is scheduled through our office, a member of our staff will be assigned to meet you upon your arrival to help you navigate our 40-acre desert campus and answer any questions you may have.
Filming and photography are allowed on the property if the following conditions are met:
- News crew(s), reporter(s), journalist(s), or camera person(s) are accompanied by a Glencroft-designated member of our staff.
- Filming does not compromise resident privacy, as determined by our staff.
- Filming does not interfere with normal business operations, emergency, or crisis response, as determined by our staff.
- Filming does not compromise the safety of Glencroft employees, guests, or residents, as determined by our staff.
