The Glencroft Center for Modern Aging is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization

Our organization benefits from a tax exempt status which in turn benefits our residents. The Friendship Foundation Inc. is an important source of funding for programs that promote seniors’ well-being.

Our Mission

The mission of the Glencroft Friendship Foundation is simple – To raise funds to benefit our community and its residents. The Foundation organizes and manages fundraising efforts to support the needs of nearly 900 residents at the Glencroft Center for Modern Aging.

The Foundation provides direct financial assistance to its residents, and transportation for residents to community and medical appointments. The Foundation also raises funds for Glencroft community programs and project enhancements.

How Do We Work?

The Foundation achieves its mission of supporting Glencroft by writing grants to foundations and soliciting corporate sponsors, holding fundraising events, processing donations and bequests, and coordinating its tax credit program.
