Our residences include The Casitas (one/two bedroom patio homes), The Villas (one bedroom efficiency apartments), and The Crossings (one/two bedroom condos in a charming three-story complex). All our independent living residences have easy access to our on-site amenities.

ZoeLife

ZoeLife is what you make it! As an independent living resident, you can prepare your favorite recipes in the comfort of your own kitchen or enjoy the company of new friends in one of our restaurants. On any given day you may find yourself engaged in planned activities in the Villa Towne Center, out and about on your own, or joining a group for an off-campus excursion. This is village life as it was meant to be!

All-Inclusive Service

We offer all-inclusive service – from housekeeping, to security, meals, transportation, and activities. Residents of our independent living community who participate fully in our ZoeLife program enjoy days filled with lectures, healthy food, socialization, exercise, emotional support and spiritual engagement!

What does the monthly fee include?

Pricing for The Casitas, The Villas, and The Crossings varies, so please call 623-939-9475 to learn more about our independent living options, but no matter which you choose, the following are included in your monthly fee:

  • All utilities are included (except telephone, upgraded cable, upgraded internet)
  • One meal a day
  • Group bus transportation
  • Covered parking
  • Glencroft’s own Channel 4
  • Housekeeping 2x/month
  • Full access to the ZoeLife program
  • Activities and use of all facilities
  • Mobile GPS Personal Emergency Response System
